Barley World Malt House
The OSU malt house is up and running. It is a resource for making ~ 100 - 300 lbs of malt per run using the OSU mini-malter and smaller batches with a CLP 2G.

We are raising awareness about barley as a source of human food by promoting delicious ways to prepare barley- from a simple brown rice substitute to using barley flour in baked goods.
